4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active jl500 account. KYC requires the submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and may require proof of the payment method used for deposits. jl500 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl500 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your jl500 account on your behalf.

jl500 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

6.1 Own-Name Funding Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name and linked to your verified jl500 identity. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to spouses, family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be held, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Deposit Processing

6.4 Declined Deposits

jl500 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, funds will be returned to the original source payment instrument within the timeframes applicable to that payment method.

Withdrawal requests at jl500 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the withdrawal screen within your account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed same-day for requests submitted before applicable cut-off times and next banking day for requests submitted after cut-off times.
• jl500 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider or bank are outside jl500's control and are the player's responsibility.

jl500 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requests that exceed a player's historical withdrawal pattern or that are made shortly following the deposit of large amounts. Such checks are conducted as part of jl500's anti-money-laundering obligations and do not constitute a refusal to pay.

jl500 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Players who have activated self-exclusion are not eligible for bonus offers.
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount multiplied by twenty must be wagered as qualifying bets).

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any losses arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether or not caused by events within jl500's control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including game RTPs, promotional terms, or odds;
• Any losses arising from network or connectivity failures on your side, including mobile data dropouts, device failures, or power interruptions during a game session;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as required under Clause 5.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits jl500's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jl500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder;
• A direction from PAGCOR or any other relevant Philippine regulatory authority;
• The account holder's death, legal incapacity, or bankruptcy;
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant and may be subject to monthly dormancy administration fees, after prior written notice to the registered email address.

Where an account is suspended for suspected fraud or breach, jl500 will conduct an investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, any funds in the account may be forfeited. If the suspicion is not confirmed, account access will be restored and any legitimate balance will be made available for withdrawal.

You may request the closure of your jl500 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any verified, non-bonus balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following the standard withdrawal process.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl500, you agree to first contact jl500's customer support team via the live chat facility on the platform to seek an informal resolution. jl500 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

jl500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where jl500 makes a material change to these Terms, we will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jl500 platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jl500 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
